MOOCs might just be another educational technology bubble, they might be a threat, or they might be a fascinating opportunity to engage with students and the wider world.

There are many ways to approach this - in terms of student numbers (very impressive), finance (potential, but no millionaires yet, despite venture capital investment), or active learning.
